Shortpaydan's story was interesting to me because everyone knows Bob
had extensive dealings with River Palms long before multi-strike came
out.

I just enjoy Laughlin stories since I can relate as a low roller.
Bob D. had a good one in his August 22, 2006 column called "Busted".

There is a River Palms reference, but primarily a Harrahs-L tale. There is
reference to nickel 100-play NSUD, which I never discovered at RP, but it must
have been during triple points time (3x .2%).
I remember the RP Multi-strikes opening with NSUD and Jacks at low
denominations, like nickel/dime. They got bumped up in denomination for a few months,
then returned to a lower level.
The Harrahs 50-plays Bob writes about in the article helped me and others do
DinaD for $9k. It sure made this low roller step up a notch in Harrahs mail
for the Summer of 2005.
Mickeycrimm has talked-up old Laughlin plays in his exploites. Hey, Mickey I
saw the one quarter Sigma Flush Attack last trip in active mode at the
Pioneer. Of course the gal was not optimizing, but I watched anyway.
