I got my first royal while still a newbie to vp. It was a $4083 progressive
on a JOB 7/5 (I think) eight coin quarter machine ($2 per play). I know
that's a weird machine, but they still exist at Harrah's in North Carolina.
I had no clue about tipping. Got my cash, saw all the losing people gawking
and decided I'd better leave now before the losers got some other ideas. I'd
never had that much cash on me! I'm sure the casino folks thought I was
really a jerk, but I didn't have any idea you were expected to tip. BTW...I
don't play on those bad machnes anymore. They have to be really high to be
positive.
