9/6 job w/250 for all 4 oak changes

There are two other changes that I know of other than TT > TJQK.
  Hold K over TK suited with a flush pen. only, as opposed to flush pen and 9 str. pen in the normal strategy
   Also hold JQ suited over JQKA even with a 9 str. pen. In the normal strategy it can only be a 8 str. pen.
