It doesn't look promising. The closest place is probably AC, but
maybe some easterners will tell you otherwise.
Translation: go to Atlantic City. I live 10 minute's from Philadlephia Park, and wont go there unless I get a real good offer.

As I recall, there are four decent machines with decent paytables at
Seneca Allegeny. They are in machines in the smoking section against
the wall, in the middle or the bank of machines. They are usually
occupied, in particular by a gentleman who smokes a fruity cigar. \
I have only been there three times, but he has been camped out there
each time. The other games on the machine are reasonable plays also.
Forget about the rest of the machines in the rest of the property as
they are short pay.
That being said, it is a pleasant casino and they are now sending me
offers for bounce back every month that are tied to weekly play. The
free play bouce back cannot be used on Saturday afternoon through
early Sunday evening.
Also at that exit from the highway, you can find relatively cheap fuel
and tax-free (or lower tax?) cigarettes. Do not stop at the first gas
station/fast food restaurant/ smoke shop as a drive several tenths of
a mile further down the street will save you some cash.
I hope a post like this will not cause the casino to trash those four
machines.
