My 300-400 bankroll seems to get me on about 90 minutes play lately. I play
mostly .25 and about 800 hands per hour. I know if you do not get some
quads in that time you are sunk. I would like to play at least 2 hours. What
is the proper amount I should bring to assure 2 hours play?

In theory you could lose every hand. You would have to bring 1600 x $1.25 or $2000 to assure (be 100% positive) that you could play 2 hours.
