9/6 Bonus Deluxe strategy.

It's been a couple of years since I played 9/6 BPD, but here are the changes
from 9/6 JOB. If you just remember the first three, you'll be very close to
the max return. The first one is by far the most important, as it's worth the
most and occurs quite often. All the rest probably add up to no more than
.01%.

Hold inside straight, no high cards, over redraw.

Hold inside straight, two high cards, over just the high cards.

Hold four card flush over all RF3s with A + T.

Hold all inside straights, three high cards, over SF3, double inside, one
high card.

Hold inside straight, three high cards, over AKs, AQs, AJs, with flush
penalty.

Hold K over KTs with flush penalty.

I think that's all. If there are any others, they are very unimportant.

Brian included for 9/6 BPD strategy . . Hold inside straight, two high
cards, over just the high cards.

Perhaps Brian assumed this in his wording, but this is only true when
the two high cards are unsuited with each other.

To my mind, "two high/pay cards" by implication means unsuited, but a
less experienced player may find ambiguity.
