9/5 JWD (99.9%) at Bally's AC

Also reminds you how rarely you see the A-5 straight flush.

On the Gamemaker 10-7 DB games, they used to pay 80 bets for a straght
flush. But a bug in the program caused the A-5 straight flush to only pay
50 bets. Other straight flushes paid the full 80 bets. Both in AC and in
LV, I encountered the bug and had to be hand-paid the difference. In LV the
casino shift manager OK'ed the extra 30 bets ($2250) and manual W2G right
away, but in AC they had to shut the machine down and await approval from
the CCC before correcting it.

Machines should pay you the equivalent of at least a royal for that hand.
I suspect royals might actually happen a bit more frequently, as you might
hold just a Q-K of hearts and perhaps get a royal but not a 3-5 of clubs
to get the ace-low SF.

We had a discussion of the hi-lo royal games a few weeks ago; the GameMaker
version did, indeed, pay 800 bets for a steel wheel (as the A-5 straight
flush is known to seven-card-stud high-low players). The IGT version
considered the 2-6 straight flush as their "low royal", IIRC.
