Can someone point me in the direction of a strategy guide to use for
8/5 Bonus Poker?

If you have a strategy guide for 9/6 jacks or better you can use it, you only give up 0.006% of E.V.
If you want to be perfect buy a copy of VPSM - Video Poker Strategy Master. It costs $30 and can create strategy charts for almost any game.
