Lets see how did she get to the top
A two pair to get to line 2.
A pair of Aces to get to line 3? Could be two pair(but it looks like
the other cards are the same suit).
Two pair or high pair to get to the top line depending on the
game(Super something Bonus Poker?).
I like to know how they got to the royal.

Super Aces Bonus Poker, she got high pair or two pair on each of the
first three lines to advance, then royal on top line. Total was
