10. $750 Coupon Book

spotted something next to the rep. It was a big stack of coupon books.Naturally, I asked if I could have one. Naturally, after five years
as a solid Diamond player, I was refused and curtly told, "New
members only".I didn't like that answer and asked the rep to get a supervisor to
approve.I eventually did get a coupon book, though then told "You only get
one. Don't ask again".
Yeah, I always hate it when there's an attitude that recruiting a new member is more important than retaining an existing one. And that's pretty much how I put it to them when I complain about it -- "hope the new guy brings you as much business as I'm going to take elsewhere".
