Yha, that's why when:
1) I sign into the Harrah's website as a Diamond it shows that the
"next tier is Seven Stars".
2) At the Rio (and likley other propreties) today I saw a Total
Rewards Desk line for "Seven Star only".
3) At the Registration room at the Rio there is a sign that says
"Seven Star" line.
Don't confuse exclusive + (relative) new as "secret"
