I've been told that the 7 Stars companion card won't be available until
April 10 - though previously I heard April 1 as the start date. I was told the
person must be with you to present ID. Person probably also must also be a
Harrahs Total Reward member, or possibly apply for an account at that point.
Presumably this is intended for 1 person, and you cannot change to a
different companion very easily. However, what if you want to bring your Mom on one
trip and your Sister on another? Or what happens if you divorce mid-year?
It would seem that there has to be some way of changing companions midstream.
This is a new 7* Harrah's option, so things are a bit unclear.

Meanwhile apparently after April 1, you can no longer get $100 spa/beauty
treatment once a year in Las Vegas. Other special items may also have changed.

changes.
Among other changes - the birthday dinner is now anytime you want for up to
$500 and as many people as you want. The annual trip now includes room, air,
and $500 in comps. 7* members also get a gift.

7* requires you earn 100,000 Base points in a year. The "extras" are not
worth "going for" unless you are close to that level anyway.
The really big perk is that you can avoid many lines and get super service.
