7 Star Diamond-How does one tell?

Forgive my ignorance but where and how does one tell one's diamond rating? I have a
Harrah's diamond card too but I have no idea how many stars I have and what it means.
Would you be so kind as to elucidate?

Many thanks,

MO

Mo,

I have always been told (by hosts) that there is the diamond player and that the next and top level is the 7 star player. I just recently had a conversation with a host about this . There was no mention of anything like a 2, 3 , or 4 star diamond. I was told each individual diamond player gets special offers based on coin-in , number of hours played, and how often they play. Plus , the standard diamond benefits . Such as valet, line passes, VIP lounge privileges, etc...

I was informed that the 7 star player basically gets whatever they want ...when they want it ! It requires earning 100,000 points yearly to be and maintain 7 star. The host said the 7 star also gets a free all expense paid trip to any Harrah's property yearly and a big birthday bash!

As I said before, I've never been told there was anything like a 1, 2, or 3. star diamond status. If you learn something different, I'd be interested in knowing.

  Good luck !

Anita, Thank you for this info. I don't think I'm anywhere near 100,000 points so that
would not apply to me yet.

There is no numerical star or diamond system, per se. According to
Harrah's web site, Platinum level is achieved through 4,000 base
points in a year, Diamond through 10,000 points, and Seven Star for
100,000 points. (Points are for each $5 coin-in for slots, $10 coin-in
for VP.) There's also the Platinum-in-a-Day and Diamond-in-a-Day deals
at most (bt not all) properties, where you play a certain number of
points within one gamong day and get bumped up to Platinum or Diamond
straight away. The daily levels differ among properties, but most
require 1,000 for Platinum and 1,800 or 2,000 for Diamond.

You are quite welcome ! Like you, I'm not anywhere near the 100,000 points. That's takes a lot of VP playing .

  Good luck !
