Ok so this will be my first trip to Vegas.
I'll be considered a "New Member" @ just about every place except for the Caesars Properties. I'll also have a valid 7* card.
What casinos have the best upgrades/new member offers.
I'm looking for cash/slotcash/food etc.

Go straight Downtown and it is a dump. Coming from Caesars, it will be really a dump.

Downtown is fine. Its a nice change of pace for an evening to casino hop. You would actually have to go to fremont to make the conclusion for yourself if it is a dump. JMO its not a dump.
