The electronic Blackjack at Chester does conform with the description
provided by the Wizard of Odds. BJ pays 3 for 2. Doubling is
available on any card. Splitting and doubling is allowed. No
resplitting was allowed. The only 2 things I don't remember are
surrender or 7 card charlie. They may be available, but I didn't see
a surrender button and never saw a 7 card charlie while I was playing.
$5 is the minimum bet on some tables with $10 on others and I think
there was one that had a $25 minimum. I did not earn a single bonus
credit in the two times I played.
From a tier score earning possibility with lower bankroll requirement
than VP, it is a very good opportunity. It's even better if it was
giving 10X too much. I wish I had played at one of the table that
generated that outcome. I like the Chester casino, but it's often hard
to get a seat at any of the electronic blackjack games. If some of
the tables were passing out comps as you suggest, this is wholly
understandable.
