Since Sigma is out of business, why can't other manufacturers produce these games: 5 joker poker and 10 hand stud poker?

I wonder where the rights to all these belong now. Another place I
used to find these was the Mountain View casino in Pahrump. So many
great and well maintained vintage machines went up in smoke in 2003
then the entire complex was gutted. That was a real crying shame,
especially for the community. When I lived in Vegas I made several
trips to Pahrump just to play there. I left Vegas before they
rebuilt. Hope I get back there to see it again someday.
