5 Cent/20 Coin DB Progressives at GVR

There's a bank of 5 Cent/20 Coin Double Bonus Progressives at Green
Valley Ranch with the below paytable as of about 4:50 this afternoon.
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me whether the game pays over 100%
and how to construct a strategy for it on Video Poker for Winners. Thanx!

(Progressive amounts for Royal and 4-of-a-kinds)
Royal Flush ------- 250 --- $820.86
Straight Flush ----- 50 ------ 1000
4 Aces ------------ 160 --- $181.03
4 Twos thru Fours -- 80 ---- $89.14
4 Fives thru Kings - 50 ---- $51.60
Full House ---------- 8 ------- 160
Flush --------------- 5 ------- 100
Straight ------------ 4 -------- 80
Three-of-a-Kind ----- 3 -------- 60
Two Pair ------------ 1 -------- 20
Jacks or Better ----- 1 -------- 20

The base game is just over 94% I doubt those progressive meters add much
more than 1%.
