I'm not requesting info on when a play goes positive, just a simple
list that goes beyond positive plays for Progressives.
Progressives with an ER of 98% or less at reset aren't usually included
on casino DataBase pages unless someone makes a special request.
There are several projects that are much higher on my list of things to
do than a complete list of $1 progressives, but if someone wants to
compile and maintain such a list, I'll set up a DataBase page for it.
