I would like to see all progressives listed with the denom, game and basic pay scale. I'm not aware of any site that lists $1+ progressives. For example, are there any $1+ multi-play progressives in Vegas. CT, where I play most often does not have any progressives on any game at any denom.
It would be nice to have every machine in every casino listed, with all pertinent details. Of course, this would be a ridiculous undertaking. I understand why the database is restricted to to only "playable" machines.
I know of some casinos, for instances, where you'd have to wade through pages of listings if you wanted to know the details of every single progressive that the casino offered. Few of the progressives ever get into positive range, and so it makes sense to only list those that are not bad to play at reset, or are likely to go positive some significant percentage of the time (not just once in a blue moon).
On top of everything else, it's hard enough for people to track accurately the good plays in the casinos. People aren't going to track the machines that don't interest them, and most aren't going to note changes for the database for the machines that they don't play. This will tend to make the bulk of the progressive listings stale and out of date. Bad information is worse than no information.
Of course, if you want to undertake keeping track of the inventory at some casinos near you, go for it!
I personally like the "treasure hunt" aspect of finding out what a casino has, but I realize that not everyone does. I try to provide accurate information about plays that I find, paying more attention to the details than most do, but even I get things down incorrectly.
