4 ST, Inside, 3 Hi Cards

Hello.

I apologize for re-opening an old discussion. I think that I remember a thread that dealt with the above "strategy line" for 9/6 JOB. I can't seem to find that thread.

There seem to have been some interesting comments as to why you should not ALWAYS use the above rule. I think that I recall several "easy-to-remember" (IMHO) rules of thumb. Can someone help me out with this?

Besides the more obvious better hands, this hand against 3 to a
straight flush with 1 high card and 2 gaps depends on a straight
penalty. JT7sAQ is a straight flush draw. KT9sAQ is a straight draw.
