No, only single points may be redeemed for the gift cards/certificates.
Bonus points (due to multipliers) can only be used in the Palms outlets.

However, points earned on ALL machines are eligible, including 100%
machines. This is a correction to what I posted earlier.

The usual triple points on Sundays to players who are at a particular
level.

Thanks Brian. As a tourist this makes the play for .22 in GCs not that
attractive. Thought I might stay at Rio and devote some play at the Palms.
Not too bad for the local who is already getting bounce and has more comp
points than he/she knows what to do with.
