The wording on the postcard makes it sound like you had to
receive the offer. It's the typical Horseshoe multipoint offer where you
have to check with the club before play and is limited to a maximum point
adjustment of 40,000 points per day.
I don't know for sure but I have a feeling that the $1 Triple Play
paytables were probably reduced earlier this month in preparation for
this promotion. In the past the $1 NSUD Triple Play got significant play
during 3X point periods. Back then base CB was slightly higher at 0.25%
instead of the current 0.2% ushered in by Harrahs.
