3X Points at Motor City this month

Are you quite sure that the JOB on regular super times pay is at 9/6 at MC ? I know up at the bar called (STRUT), on the 2nd level they have (2), 9/6 JOB on super times pay SPIN POKER quarters only.... but I could not find any other 9/6 JOB on regular super times pay. Normally the machines labeled as (ALL STAR), in small letters on the front glass about 2-3" inches tall only, have the best pay tables there at MC, and have tons of games on them. The machines that say in BIG LETTERS, ALL STAR, have bad pays.... I've seen some machines with very bad paytables like 7/5 DBL, DBL and then you move to another machine and it has 9/6 DBL, DBL on it. Or you play one single line game and it's NSU deuces at 80/55, and you move over a machine and it's bad deuces, you really have to watch what machines you play there and remember where the good ones are located at.

They just took out 1/2 of the Ultimate "X" machines and put in some very bad pay tables with single line VP on them now, I mean really bad, I think the JOB were like 7/5 or 8/5. The best super times pay games I saw were on the ALL STAR in (tiny letters) games, with ugly ducks, (the 98.9% version) and 9/6 DBL, DBL and Joker poker where quads pay 90 back at 98.94% on Super times pay, of course you have to add in the additional return that super times pays back for each game then.

I saw someone get a "10" to spin out on DBL, DBL and held a pair of 3's and got them w/kicker on the top hand of triple play for a cool 8000 quarters or $2000. I got a "10" to spin out and got dealt a full house for 450 coins on each hand, of DBL, DBL. Super times pay sure is fun, but I never seem to connect while that multiplier comes out; of course the winning hand always comes on the very next hand, after the multiplier comes out.....

MCC has 9/6 JOB in 3/5/10 SuperTimesPay which has a return of 99.87% according to The Wizard of Odds.

With 3X cashback (.016%x3), that is an expected return of 100.30%.

Now, God knows if you'll get that expected return over the time of one month, but it is in fact positive...

I'm 90% sure they have 9/6 Jacks on most of the SuperTimesPay machines in the main video poker area. I'm not sure what these machines say; either multi-line or SuperTimesPay. I've played them three or four times now. Of course, I've yet to have a winning session :P. There are also some spin poker machines in the main VP area that are 9/6 as well.

Good to hear that the promo includes VP. Would be worthwhile to play if they continue this in the coming months.

I'll check out the JOB on the super times pay better the next time I'm there. The only ones that I saw had a 9/5 paytable, I looked at like 3-4 machines and all were the same, so I stopped looking then. When I was there, I mostly played the 9/6 DBL, DBL, deuces, or the Joker Poker, figuring that would be the best play on the spin poker. I know there are some machines that only say SUPER-TIMES-PAY right on the machine also, so maybe those are the ones that I need to check up on. On those All STAR machines, there are so many games listed to the left side menu and then once you get into that menu, so many more games come up then for that menu of games. They even have chase the royal and also a game called 5 Aces poker.....

I'm pretty sure also that on chase the royal they have a version of 8/5 Triple DBL Bonus, where according to the wizard of odds, pays back 99.14%..... not the best but maybe still playable.

So...I was at MCC again yesterday and checked the STP machines and -- you're right, they are 9/5. So I was wrong. Still have plenty of 9/6 Jacks even on spin poker. Played for about an hour, couldn't hit much, but hit a quarter royal at MGM earlier in the day (and got a W-2G! :frowning: )
