3 royals in 4 days

I posted this on the SHG. TomSki

I was dealt a club royal last Friday, then I made a diamond royal on
Monday, then I made another diamond royal on Tuesday! I have posted a
pick of the first diamand royal. Not it is a wrap royal in sequence
if you go from position 4-5-1-2-3.

An off topic note, someone posted they called their bank about
lowering the rate on their mortgage. The bank said "ok" at no cost or
fees! Just sign two sheets of paper. So I called the bank that held
my note, Wells Fargo, and they said they could give me 5.125% on my
current 15 yr fixed of 5.875% at NO COST/FEES! What a deal! My
current loan is only 4 months old. This will save me $50 a month.

Since I'm now booked for my 1st visit to LV this year (in April), can
you share which places you are playing in to have this good fortune?

Tom,

15 Year, No Point Mortgages are presently 4.75%. So go back. Hopefully by this summer, they'll be below 4.5%.
