Awwwwwww, BUMMER! Deb and I liked the shorter ones, because they were -
well - shorter!
Not as hard on the shoulders to hold your hand up there for extended periods
of time.

On another note, Deb and I just returned from her Ultimate Blackjack Tour on
CBS-TV taping at Palms in Vegas. Here's a link to some photos and info
about how it went. Da bums didn't put anything on the site like this when I was
there!!!

Brian,

One of the problems with the newer Gamemaker machies is they are
actually a little higher at the player panel. I guess this is why most
of you prefer the "old" shorter ones, so we are experimenting by
putting the new ones on shorter stands when we install them in the
Video Poker room. I sure hope it works and that you guys like them,
cause those old ones have got to go...

On a related note, all of our GameMakers have the same programs, so
don't expect any changes to that 9/6 paytable we all love so much.

How about those new restrooms eh?

Dear Slot Guy,

I was there Monday. Played quarter Pick'em and at the dollar bar for
a
while, but mainly went there to use the new Johns. I held it all day
long just so I could really test them out. They passed the test..damn
near killed me.

They look good. Nice tile job. But, like all urinals, everywhere,
it's
almost impossible to keep urine off the floor under them. Also, I
still
see lots of uncoothy, ignorant, bacterial challenged idiots not
washing
their hands. Not much you can do about that. I'd like to stand
outside
and hose them down with Listerine as they come out!

Hey, I've got a hardcover copy of Bill Friedman's "Casino Management"
(1982) that I don't know what to do with. It was an interesting read,
but not much use to me anymore. If you want it, let me know and I'll
leave it the info desk upstairs for you when I get a chance.

Terry; Slot Guy has been very busy , he is resorting the slot machines on first floor near the VIP Valet and putting down new carpeting. He even put two Game Kings ( 9/6 JoB) in the Nickel Haven which now has about all 25 cent machines, I did not get all payouts on them. When I get to meet him I have an Apology for him.

Played the 5 game JoB machines for about an hour tonight with mixed success. Guy next to me was playing for dollars and yelling, swearing and punching the machine as his stash dropped from over $1,100 to $ 500 Just then the dude is dealt 4 to a RF and he picks up the missing card on the draw. Seemed like a nice enough guy (especially after the win) but surly behavior seemed to be rewarded tonight. Wonder if he's a member of this group? I almost changed machines afraid he might take his frustration out on me.

It was not me , I don't go on the weekends and am afraid of being knock down with all the rushing about the irresponsible people do.
