To answer a few questions asked of me:
Sam’s Town
Yes, there are 6 up rights VP with 9/6 Jack just to the left of the bar on deck two. Did not write down all the games in them but “assume” them to be typical… BP 8/5; DDB 9/6; DB 9/7?; DW? but don’t quote me.
The Bank of machines they were working on back in my Aug. message had nothing worth playing.
Diamond Jacks
Saw no Slant Top VP on deck two (or anywhere in this casino).
However, in searching I did find a few more 9/6 Jacks Uprights. As follows:
The Deck two bar has about 6 machines in all but only the two to the left (as facing) that are technically in the small High Limit area (as they are railed off from the rest) have 9/6 Jacks; 8/5 BP; 9/6 DDB; 12/10 DW and 7/5 TDB. These two are single line and have dollar and Five Dollar. The $5 however were 8/5 JB but had 7/5 TDB.
Also, Deck two toward the bow there were a couple banks of uprights. Just to the right of the bow exit door facing toward the bow…with 6 machines each. However the games all have different pay tables. The first bank, (walking toward the bow from the entrance up the center of the ship) of six had three machines with these games: 9/6 Jacks; 8/5 BP; 9/6 DDB; DB 9/6; TDB 9/7 and DW 16/13. The rest were all mixed up and none worth playing.
Boomtown
There are 4 uprights with the pay table asked about, namely: $5 9/6 JB with 239 for SF single line. Did not check the other games on these. They are directly in front of the Bar on Deck One, but one bank of slot are first. They sit across the boat in a line from Port to Starboard. There are a lot of VP here but none worth playing, with the possible exception of these three?
Horseshoe
Did not make it here.
Eldorado
Still did not find anything worth playing here. One note, they did move the two old upright VP games that were left out when they moved the High Limit room from just to the right of the H L Room back to the back wall of the old H L room area. Still bad pay tables though.
This may not be the best of reports… forgive if I did not do all the work. Did not play as there isn’t any of these losing games I would feel like taking a chance on. Maybe next year??
