the 496 page new book includes 191 coupons valued at well over $1,000 with
many new coupons and more matchplays than ever before. To view the complete
list of coupons, visit:
http://www.americancasinoguide.com/Store/Coupons-2007.shtml

"More matchplays than ever before" ???
Maybe I'm overlooking something (I don't have the physical book in
hand yet because I ordered through Overstock, through an airline
portal for FF miles, at a lower price and they won't have them until
the first week of Dec), but the only notable addition is the $10 MP
for the LVH.

Arguably the two most valuable coupons in the book for VP players
were deleted in the '07 edition: the 50 coin bonus coupons at the
Cannery and Rampart. In addition, the offers from the Gold Coast
were removed. While the book is still a solid buy, IMO it's not
nearly as valuable as the '06 edition for VP players.

May I ask which airline portal?

4 miles per dollar spent at Overstock through the end of the year.
List price on the book is only $10.95 and they only charge $1.40 for
shipping. If you order multiple books, I believe there's also a 10%
off coupon (of $100 in total purchase) floating around.

If you use www.fatwallet.com as your portal to overstock, you can get
6% cashback. As a new user, you will also get $5 added to your
cashback. And you can get the 10% off the entire order (or $15 off a
$100 order) as well. The money does not become available for 90-120
days, however.

With all of the stores they are a portal for, you can really build up
a substantial amount of cash back by using them...and you don't lose
anything compared to shopping at the site the way you normally would.

Great post, and one that trumps the frequent flyer angle. 4 miles/$
spent equals 4% if miles are valued at 1c each.

The only other advantage to earning the miles is it will keep your FF
account "active" and they won't expire (more airlines are now moving
to a 3 year or less activity requirement before expiration of the
account).
