Has the administrator ever considered some type of "run-off" election
between the top 4 or 5 "vote getters?"

The administrator gave a lot of thought to the best procedures for
the HOF elections, before presenting them to the Administrative Committee
and receiving their approval for the process we are using.

Suggestions for improving the process will be given due consideration,
but I'm not anxious to deviate from the announced procedures.
