I am well aware of the 9 lines in standard Spin Poker. I have it on my
home software.
Can anyone refer me to the 20-line version online? I would like a
chart of how the 20 lines pass through the 3 rows of 5 cards.

The 20 line version is called Spinpoker Deluxe. The most likely place
to find an example would be videopoker.com, operated by Action Gaming.
However, with the recent revamp of the website they've removed
spinpoker entirely.
I expect that as they continue revisions of the new website we'll see
it added in the relatively near future.
A run at a search engine didn't surface anywhere else that would
display the line configuration. However, you can pretty much get the
idea if you check out the paths on a standard 20-line 5-symbol video slot.
