A few years ago I was visiting with Cee Cee, then a players club clerk at
Ellis Island and she commented how one couple always wins the weekly drawing. I
walked over and looked at the clear plastic ticket drum to see every other
ticket was a gal or guy with same last name. The drawing came along and Cee
Cee looked up at the ceiling in disgust as she read the name of the usual
winner.... The ticket making power of $2 Five Play.
