Not So Ugly Ducks has a unique story behind it that can be traced to a
particular published article.
Personally I think Ugly Ducks can refer to any crummy paytable starting with
15/9/4/4 (Airport/Illini Deuces).
There has been a proliferation of Colorado Deuces 16/13 too in Laughlin. And
what about the 20/12/x genre?
