15/11 NSUD Acronym Poll

One more day of voting and here are the leaders:

···

*************************************

15/11 NSUD or 99.9s - 15

APDW - Almost Positive Deuces Wild - 15

RSD - Rob Singer Deuces - 9

SLUTs - Slightly Less Ugly Twos - 8

SUD or SUDS - SLIGHTLY Ugly DuckS - 11

WMD - Wynn Mighty Ducks - 9

Wynnducks - 14

*************************************

If you've already voted you might want to consider
changing your vote to a contender that may not be
your first choice.

If you haven't voted, you might want to focus on
which of the leaders you like best.

Looks like I shouldn't have grouped the 15/11 NSUD and 99.9s
entries together since this entry is among the leaders and if it
wins, a run-off will be required to differentiate between the two.

Wow...its a pretty close race.

One part of my brain likes SLUTs as the official acronym (not sure if
the right side or the left side is the "perv side")...imagine walking
into a new casino...asking the slot manager...Does your casino have
any SLUTs?...what do you do if he (or she, not to be sexist) says
yes, of course...let me show you where they are!

Time for me to cast my vote...for APDW.

Don the Dentist

Why is 99.s combined with 15/11 NSUD? Those are 2 choices that might get separate votes.

We have Sam's Town Deuces
We have Airport Deuces
We have Downtown Deuces

Why not Wynnducks?

I agree. There are 3or 4 slightly different candidates with the Wynn
name as part of the name. Why not group these together?

Good point, but too late now. Once a poll starts you can't
change anything without wiping out all of the votes.

Perhaps we should have a run-off, like, with all the names that got 25
votes or more.

We'd have to change the rules in midstream if we did.
The poll was set up as wynner take all.

Also, the ability to change your vote has a similar effect
as a run-off. WMD voters can change their vote to
Wynnducks etc..

Life does get complicated sometimes.

I could not agree more with you but tell me, did you not take out the "15/11 NSUD" while the voting was going on?

In my opinion this was a name where anybody could identify the game very quickly.

No. The 15/11 NSUD is still on the ballot.

ANY change that's made to a Yahoo Poll automatically
restarts it from scratch.
