Probably a stupid question...
How do you guys regard a royal when gotten while practicing on FVP or WP?
Does it count toward overall play, even though it can't be counted as "played
hands"?
What I mean is....is it a good thing or ....what?
Nothing ticks me off more than hitting a Royal at home right before a visit to the casinos. Last time I had to postpone a trip to the casinos for a month until I became "due" again.
Seriously, it makes no difference at all. And it's not a stupid question if you don't understand probability, so here goes: truly random machines do not depend upon any record of when the last jackpot was hit, so that means that immediately after you hit a jackpot, the chances of hitting another one are identically the same as if you had not hit a jackpot in ten million hands. It's fun ... or superstitious ... and maybe a little natural ... to talk about "being due", but there really is no such thing as far as probability is concerned.
Cheers.
