Q: It says in the coupon book that all coupons can only
be redeemed if they are still attached in the book. Are
there any exceptions to this rule? It would seem rather
awkward to hand the waiter this book, especially at a
nice restaurant. The cynic in me suspects this is done to
discourage some people from ever redeeming their
coupons.
