That is pretty much true though remember that a ten is now a high card.
If you have Winpoker, you can open a "user defined" game which defaults to
9-6 jacks. Click on jacks or better and move the check mark from J to T.
You can also change the name of that payline to "Tens or Better".
Click on the "Full House" and change the one coin value from 9 to 6. Click
on the 5 coin value and it will automatically change from 45 to 30.
Click on the "Flush" and change the one coin value from 6 to 5. Click on
the 5 coin value and it will change from 30 to 25.
Change the name of the game to Tens or Better.
You should then probably click on "analyze" and then "game". If the
analysis comes up with 99.1388% you have it correct and can practice it.
