Quite a few. Better to run it on VPSM, then compare it to Winpoker or whatever
training program you use (I use mostly Winpoker, if it's a joker game or
something Winpoker can't handle, then it's WVP). This is a very penalty-card
specific strategy to play perfectly, not that difficult for a pro, but quite
frankly, beyond the reach of most readers here.
For example: QJTs over any pay pair if no touching straight penalty-QJTsKK, go
for the royal; QJTsKQ, draw three.
SF3 over S4 open, unless T98s w a J (draw one then)
QTs over AQ unless S+ACs-ACs-F penalty
QT suited over KQ only if no penalty
SF4, open over a pat straight
JT9s over a low pair, even TT or 99, if no penalty to the JT9s.
There are a few more I think, but those are the major ones.
