The second card in is the 5 of hearts although light glare may make it look like a Jack.
It looks to me like three fives were dealt and then on the redraw a Jack and seven came. However, it shows four of a kind and call attendant. What am I missing?

Yes. If it were a Jack, you would have the jack "face" on the right hand of
the card, as in this:

It doesn't look anything like a Jack because all facecards have additional
graphics at the top right, which differentiate them from non-facecards.
