I'll be in Reno in a few months and wonder if I'll find any 10/7 DB
(quarters)downtown. I'm kind of addicted to this game and play it all
the time in Vegas. I could learn another game but I play this one the
best becasue I've studied it the most. Staying else where is not option.

As mentioned before Silver Legacy and Siena have the game. According to the database (one of the best places to look for answers to questions such as this), there is also $.25 10/7 DB at the Cal Neva, El Dorado, and the Sands Regency downtown.
If for some reason you are willing to depart from downtown, both Peppermill and Atlantis have $.25 10/7 DB on progressives. If you find yourself out in Sparks, then Rail Ciity and Western Village also list it in $.25. If you are heading out of town west on I-80, then Gold Ranch also has it in $.25 and Boomtown in $.50 and up.
