I'm not sure what you mean by "bag man," but based on the context, I
assume that you're talking about someone who helps deliver drugs to
people who want to buy them (without forcing the customer to buy, &
without deceiving the customer about the product).
For whatever reason, you fail to recognize this as a real, productive
job. You even claim it to be an "obvious" example. My best guess is
that you're trying to moralize here. You have your personal views of
what a legitimate product or service is, & you'd like to force these
views on others, rather than allowing consumers the freedom to decide
for themselves.
Being "productive" has nothing to do with forcing your values on
others. Whether a job is "productive" is best decided by the consumer
of the product or service being offered, not by some moralizer on the
sidelines.
