The excellent Rio Carnival World Buffet is having a speical deal Mon-Thurs -
1/2 price for locals plus receive a Rio fun book (worth $200??). Offer good
Jan. 19-26 -- present valid local Nevada iD to buffet cashier for discount.

The Rio buffet is one of the top 5 (maybe even #1) in my opinion, so it is a
good deal. Buffet normally runs about $24 a person.
