It happened to me once. At the Borgota in Atlantic City. It took me a couple minute's to realize what happened.

Last summer at the South Point I did just that - and it was sequential! Held no cards, and up popped a 10 thru ace sequential royal in hearts! according to some of the math folks I asked it was a "lotto" type hit - somewhere over 300 million to one. I did get the $1000 in credits though......(-;

It's actually happened to me twice. Once on a
single-line .25 DW at Trump's(now Majestic Star 2)in
East Chicago, Indiana and once on a 10 Play .25 DW at
the Las Vegas Hilton.

I have pics of both of them:)

I have got one this way 3 timesw in 14 years, twice on Deuces Wild and
once on Double Bonus. This is in about 20 million hands played.
