sports bettings. His market for VP suckers has probably started to
dry up with my exposure of his scam. OK Singer, lets see you post
your picks for ALL the games right here. We'll keep track for you.
The Singer Five NFL 2007
Week SIX.
Thursday, October 11, 2007
Documented YTD Record: 8-6-1 (57%); +6 Units; +$510.00 All bets are -
110. I've deducted a straight 10% for the vig for simplicity.
1 UNIT=$100 All picks are mine and mine only. I do not buy and will
not sell them. After a 57%+ documented record last season on
Fezziksplace.com (now LVA Sports) my goal is to be at least a 60%
capper in the NFL for 2007. I proposed a $250,000 straight-up bet of
5 picks/week this NFL season with Professional Sports Bettor Steve
Fezzik from Las Vegas Advisor Sports Forum, and he declined. Anthony
Curtis and/or his moderators then had me banned because they did not
want me to show up and embarrass Fezzik and others who say they're
professional gamblers, again this year. The key to it all is in my
posting of my plays & my bets each week. Once you investigate the
sports betting industry you'll find that few if any ever do that--
living mostly on anonymity, presumed reputation, clouding their
efforts with betting networks and credit lines, and mostly showing
their sleazy inability by selling their picks to put gambling money
into their pockets. You will NEVER see any of that kind of BS on
vptruth.com
I'm back....and it's time to make the self-annointed professional
sports bettors of LV and beyond MAD once again. Six picks per week
thru Week #15 to make up for my absence.
#1: Cleve -4.5 over Mia; I'm not liking the Miami quarterback
situation and I like Cleveland's. They'd be on fire right now if they
didn't have to go to NE last week, but I'm certain they're writing
that game off as unwinnable any way you cut it. -- 2 UNITS.
#2: NE -4.5 over Dal; The game of the year? We'll see, but I can't
see how Dallas--who just barely escaped with a miraculous win over
pathetic Buffalo Monday night--will come to within even 10 points of
the Pats. Romo is no Tom Brady and TO is no Randy Moss. BTW--NE beat
Buffalo 38-7. -- 3 UNITS.
#3: Az/Car OVER 40; C'mon. The Cardinal's wide open offense vs. a
demoralized Panther's offense & defense? Could be over 55. -- 2
UNITS.
#4: Az -2 over Car; Is there any doubt? Vinnie Testaverde at nearly
44 years old vs. Mr. Warner? Let's face it---the Panthers are a
defeated and depressed team and they're headed into Phoenix who's
waiting for them with baited breath. Easily my lock-of-the-week. If I
were some sleazey loser who sells picks like Wayne Allen Root, or any
of a number of other bazookas who sell picks on LVA Sports, I'd be
getting a thousand dollars for this one. But guess what? I'm for real
and I don't need YOUR money. -- 5 UNITS.
#5: SD/Oak OVER 44; Here comes the Chargers, and they're ready to
take it out on the Raiders--also a team capable of scoring. SD will
score so quickly that Oakland will have numerous opportunities to
score in their own right. -- 2 UNITS.
#6: NYG/Atl UNDER 44; I have no confidence in the Falcons but I'm not
betting this much because the Giants could completely stop the
Falcon's offense. And, NY doesn't have an offense to write home about
either. -- 1 UNIT.
Yes, this is a new feature being added for 2007, and it's my 2nd year
of betting five NFL games each week. I started doing this last year
after being challenged on the former Fezziksplace (an LVA forum
dedicated to those who believe they're smarter than the books when it
comes to making sports picks) to show I had any knowledge about
sports betting mainly because most of the critics there do not
believe in my superiority over the video poker world. I accepted and
did something no one else there has ever done: I posted weekly picks,
how much my unit bet was, how many units I was betting, and I kept
cumulative totals on my progress. I did so because I intended to
chide all the anonymous posters who chime in after the games are
over - or post supposed records after-the-fact and call
themselves "sharps". Needless to say, they all now love to hate to
love me more than ever.
After just 4 weeks I was a dismal 4-16, and the critics were having a
field day. Then I came on and said I'd be steadily improving, and
they laughed even more. But that's just what I did. I finished the
season at 57% (well above what 99% of others claimed they hit without
documenting anything) and won $1985
.after the vig and without
placing a bet on the Super Bowl because with the surviving teams who
in my opinion did not deserve to be there, it made no sense to me to
guess who would have the luckier day. Naturally, once I started to
hit, the claims came in saying I was "buying" my picks or I was using
some sort of voodoo like I do on the video poker machines. Sour
grapes all of it, as I continued to educate others that a good
gambler can be successful in any game if they truly want to be, and a
bad gambler will never be any good at all.
